IDeACOM ECSI is open Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM Mountain Time. Support can be accessed by calling or texting 208-529-9400. When you email our system will automatically open a ticket for you.

After Hours Emergency Support
Voice or Text us at 208-529-9400 – For example, a service outage or unplanned downtime is an emergency. Password reset is not. Non-emergency issues or issues with dependence on IT service vendors, etc, will be addressed soon. Non-emergency issues will start a ticket to be worked our next business day.
