We tried their services and it was a rough experience. Communication was poor and they charged for every little thing, even when it should have been on them. Please save yourself money, time, and happiness...go elsewhere.
Just want to give an update to those who think we're "trolls":
When we gave IdeACOM a chance, I feel like they sent a very nice guy that really had too much on his plate. We liked him and he tried to be a good rep, but he didn't know anything about the services, he was just the face of the business that couldn't make it over all the time. As a result of this, we just never really got the product we needed. Then we found out that they weren't set to do our fax machine, something we had assumed was part of it. When they came to ensure things were set up, a bill came, which surprised us since we figured it was still getting set up. Transferring phones was not easy for a staff as big as ours which added to our stress. After all the headache and all my co-workers mad at me for swapping, we chose to leave.
After we canceled with one representative on the phone, we continued to get bills. Thinking these may have been "get out of contract" bills, we paid them. Then, when they kept coming, I called again and had to tell someone else we canceled. Like I said, poor communication. When our lead secretary asked about the current bill that we weren't going to pay, the person replied that "well, you already sent it"... unhappy and unimpressed, she just hung up and we let them have it.
I don't want to harbor bad feelings as I don't think it's worth it. In fact, I'm sure they have good people working there. I just had a bad experience. I hope they continue to improve and do well for others as it seems they are.
